Job Description
Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
Qualifications:
• A broad understanding of COBIT processes
• At least 3 years of experience in a Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery role
• Experience with Riskonnect (formerly Castellan)
• Experience analyzing end-to-end processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Self Starter capable of multitasking and prioritizing work
• Detail-oriented in creating quality documentation with clarity to promote self-service

• Flexible and someone that can truly problem solve and mature procedures
• If prompted with a scenario where a procedure wasn’t being followed and needed remediation the contractor would need to analyze the situation and work to pivot to find the right solution versus relying on rules, procedures, process, or only retraining
IT Governance and Disaster Recovery Analyst, we are looking for someone to collaborate across divisional teams to support our maturing Governance and Disaster Recovery efforts. The ideal analyst is detail-oriented with demonstrated experience partnering with product owners, solutions architects, and other members of an engineering team to implement existing processes while identifying opportunities to improve our programs. This role requires excellent communication skills with an ability to gather requirements, develop actionable plans, and resolve questions quickly.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Execute and educate on the intent, objectives, and activities of our IT Risk Management and Governance programs
• Collaborate on DR plans for SaaS and On-Prem products utilizing a mix of infrastructure resources
• Integrate new program enhancements within ongoing team processes while promoting best practices for optimizing and maintaining documentation across multiple programs
• Execute established cadence of tabletop exercises balancing divisional process with authentic scenarios
